Shipping And Handling Unless requested otherwise, all Original Artwork is presented mounted and framed, ready to be collected from the Gallery. Original Artwork to be delivered within the UK and Overseas, will be mailed, mounted only - in order that the artwork arrives at the requested destination in perfect condition. If you would prefer to receive an Original Artwork framed please contact. Original Paintings, Fine Art Prints and Greetings Cards are posted using one of the services below - UK Delivery - Royal Mail: 'First Class', 'Recorded', 'Special Delivery' or 'Parcel Force'. Delivery Schedule If you order more than one item they may arrive seperately. If goods have not been delivered within the specified time, please contact us immediately.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will advise you immediately of the expected in-stock date. Tax Charges We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT charges will be made at present.

Credit Card Security WorldPay use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. When the order is placed alll credit card numbers are encrypted in the software, using 128 bit encryption. A secure link is set up between the shopper's browser and WorldPay. An encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving the shopper's premises. Card numbers are only decrypted after they reach their destination. They are not held in clear text on any web site. WorldPay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that clients are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it. Please notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. On cancellation of the contract, refunds will be made, within 7 days of receipt of returned goods; provided that the goods are returned in their original packing, in perfect condition. Returned goods must also include your name, address, customer number and the invoice delivery note number. We will happily exchange the goods or refund the purchase price. Please note that postage and packing charges are not refundable.  If goods are found to be damaged on arrival, customers may receive a replacement or full refund, including postage and packing, provided that they notify us of the problem, in writing or by email, within 48 hours of receipt of the consignment. When returning damaged goods please return all packaging and include your name, address, customer number and invoice delivery note number.
